Giuseppe Coco (BSc. Florence, MSc. York, PhD Exeter) is a Professor at the University of Bari. He has taught at 'Cesare Alfieri', City University, and Exeter University (UK). Among other roles, he has been a Director at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Consultant for CIPE and Formez, and Member of the Simplification Unit, Advisor to the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council, and Head of the Technical Secretariat (functions) of the Minister for the South and Cohesion. He has published volumes with Laterza and Il Mulino, and articles in the European Economic Review and the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking.
